The project entitled "SJ - a support program for adults in acquiring and supplementing qualifications and competences for the Jarosław, Przeworsk and Leżajsk poviats" is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027, regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027.

The total amount of funding for the Project is: PLN 22,764,280.00, including:

  • from European funds in the amount of: PLN 20,368,040.00
  • from targeted subsidy funds in the amount of: PLN 2,396,240.00

Project goal

The aim of the Project is for 3,308 adults from the Jarosław subregion (1,158 women, 2,150 men) to obtain qualifications/competences as a result of participation in UR implemented in the demand system, by 31 December 2027. The indirect objective of the activities is to support lifelong learning, in particular flexible opportunities for upgrading and re-skilling for all, taking into account entrepreneurship skills and digital competences, as well as better anticipation of changes and the need for new skills based on labor market needs, facilitating career path changes and supporting professional mobility, which is in line with specific objective 4(g) (ESF+) FEP 2021-2027.

The result of the project is the achievement of qualifications/competences by 3,308 people (1,158 women, 2,150 men) from the indicated subregion.

Target group of the project

The target group consists of 3,890 people (1,362 women, 2,528 men) meeting the following criteria:

  • adults (persons over 18 years of age);
  • persons who study, work or live (within the meaning of the Civil Code) in one of the poviats of the Jarosław subregion, i.e.: Jarosław, Przeworsk, Lież;
    interested people want to improve their skills/competences/qualifications on their own initiative.

Support under the project cannot be provided to natural persons conducting business activities or persons who are taking part or have already taken part in the Project with another Operator.

Planned forms of support

Participants in the Project will have the opportunity to use development services available on the Development Services Database, along with validation and certification, in the form of:

  • vocational qualification courses,
  • vocational skills courses,
  • courses other than the ones mentioned above, enabling the acquisition and supplementation of knowledge, skills and professional qualifications, including their renewal, if required by the relevant regulations,
  • validation and certification of qualifications and competences, including their renewal, if required by applicable regulations.

Candidates for Project Participants will decide on their own about the type of development service and the contractor providing the development services.
